Privacy and Security

Quick Pledge meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and is certified PCI compliant by a third party.

Quick Pledge uses the highest levels of security available on the Internet. We use industry standard security protocols and Verisign to secure all of our transactions. Before you donor con submit a pledge, our server checks that they're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Quick Pledge automatically encrypts confidential information in transit from the donor's computer to yours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We use the highest levels of security available on the Internet to protect personal information. Personal information stored in Quick Pledge and Pulse resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. We protect your personal information against such risks as loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, modification or destruction, through appropriate security measures. We protect the information regardless of the format in which it is held.

We consider all personal information as confidential and the property of the client, and we do not disclose personal information to any third parties. All employees with access to personal information are required as a condition of employment to respect the confidentiality of personal information.

We offer and recommend that stations use the Real-Time Transaction Payment Gateway option.
