Streaming Set-Up Timeline

1. Place order and send payment. The remainder of the process typically takes 15 business days.

2. Encoder will be preconfigured and shipped to the station. Typically, takes 5-8 days, depending on your geographical location.

3. Receive and unpack preconfigured encoder. Ideally, this takes place in during the two following business days.

4. Setup and and connect encoder, and start sending out your signal. Ideally, this takes place in during the two following business days.

5. Contact techsupport. We will connect to the encoder remotely, and complete stream set up. Typically this takes less than an hour, however, unexpected issues such as stict firewalls may prolong this process.

5a. We will begin building your streaming web space.

6. Stream information is submitted to our streaming provider: Within the next two business days, your stream will be put online.

7. QA: You will receive a test URL, then QA will begin. We'll test and monitor your stream for a few days to verify the connection and configuration. We'll also customize your web space as needed. Typically, QA takes 2 business days.

8. Update Web Space and Go Live: After QA is complete, the stream goes live.
